Children and Youth
We love having Children and Young People at Salem Baptist Church. We have groups on Sundays and mid-week where we faithfully learn together about the Good News of the Bible
Baby & Toddlers
All children at welcome at Salem, even the tiny ones! Everyone stays in the service until around 11:30, we then have a supervised Crèche for babies and toddlers during the sermon.
In addition there is a quiet room where you can see and hear service, for parents who wish to take their little ones out at any time during the service.
Primary Age Children
Salem Baptist has a fantastic set of activities for children aged 5-10.
On Sunday mornings the children join the main service until around 11.30am when we go out to Sunday School for Bible teaching and a craft activity to help us remember the message. There is always a lot of fun and learning together
Young People
We have two Youth Group for 11-15s and 16-18s who meet on a Sunday morning and also Friday evening. On Sundays we join the congregation for worship until about 11.30, then we meet as two groups for Bible study & discussion.
Every Friday our Youth Group for 11-18s meets between 6.30pm and 8pm we meet again to go bowling, hang out, or play games.
This is a brilliant and growing group of young people - come and join us!
Summer Camps
Salem youth each year goes to a Christian summer camp in North Wales. This is always a brilliant time for the teens to get together over a week of fun and Bible teaching for our young people.
